Natures Path “EnviroKidz” Cereals claim to be made with “whole grains,” be “organic,” and be free of high-fructose corn syrup, among other attroebutes. The packaging, words, and imagery on the box make it seem as if Natures Path “EnviroKidz” Cereals are consistent with a healthy lifestyle.
But Natures Path “EnviroKidz” Cereals are made with between 10 and 11 grams of added sugar in each serving, respectively. That’s 20% to 22% of the recommended daily allowance of sugar in a single serving.
Natures Path “EnviroKidz” Cereals are deceptively packaged and sold to consumers—especially families—by portraying the toaster pastries as healthy and part of a balanced diet, when they are not.
