Did you buy apple juice for your family from Walmart, Aldi, Walgreens, BJ’s, or Weis Markets?
Apple juices sold in 25 states on the East Coast and in the South; the District of Columbia; and Puerto Rico have been recalled by the Food & Drug Administration because of concerns over elevated levels of arsenic that may cause health effects, especially in children.
The bottles came in 8-ounce sizes and were sold in 6-pack plastic bottles as shown above. Contaminated juices from the same supplier were sold in the same time period at retailers such as:

If you purchased apple juice from these retailers and under these brand names during this time period, you may qualify to be a Class representative. Qualified Class representatives may be eligible for financial compensation.
